Full Engine Cleaning facility
 In order for an engine to deliver its output, standard
or increased, reliably over a long life it cannot be
overstressed how important cleanliness of all the
components is!
Austec have a full three stage
cleaning facility to ensure that every component is
properly cleaned back to its factory condition - as new.
Properly cleaned components deliver reliability and
performance.
Cleaning systems used include hot pressure jet
wash tank, with a revolving table in it to ensure
uniform overall cleaning of large and small components
alike.
For smaller more intricate
components, we use a hot “ultrasonic” cleaning tank for
items like oil and water pump components to ensure
perfect cleanliness.
Large bead blaTurbong cabinet - for cleaning all heavily
corroded surfaces.
Vaporblast
cabinet for cleaning "delicate" alloys and metals
allowing us to restore back to the original factory
